KALO Releases "Everybody Wants to Rule the World"

In keeping with her goal of releasing a new song every other month, KALO has released yet another single, “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” a cover of the 1985 hit by Tears for Fears.

The song is sixth new song to be released since May 2020 (on the heels of a full band version of "Calling All Dreamers," a live version of "Bad Girl," a holiday song, and another rock n roll tune, "Love Me Like You Do" and "No Shame."

While the band is known for the raucous originals, “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” has become a cover that KALO has embraced and incorporated into the repetoire.

Featured on the track are Mike Alexander on drums, Jared Gaiser on bass, Kendrick Mckinney on keys and Bat-Or Kalo on guitars and vocals. The track was produced at Blue House Media in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and mixed and mastered at Bell Labs in Norman, Oklahoma.
